Realtracs shows it built in 2021, and the listing says Vintage South rebuilt it from the ground up. It sits on half an acre, about 125 by 168 feet per the tax record, in Green Hills Nashville TN 37215. I map Green Hills from Interstate 440 on the north to Harding Place on the south, with Estes Road roughly on the west and Lealand Lane on the east. That footprint covers much of the northern half of ZIP 37215 and lines up with how local histories describe the area. Building started on a small scale in the 1930s, and most of the neighborhood filled in after World War II with brick ranch houses on larger lots. In recent decades many of those lots have been rebuilt, so you often see an older ranch next to a brand new home. Hillsboro Pike remains the main commercial street, and Hill Center Green Hills plus The Mall at Green Hills are the everyday shopping anchors.
