4518 Belmont Park Terrace is one of the Green Hills homes for sale that stood out on my weekly pull: a brand new 2026 home with 5,042 square feet, five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths, listed at $2,795,000. It sits on half an acre, level per the listing, in Green Hills Nashville TN 37215. I'm Jason Gruner with Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, and I follow every Green Hills Nashville listing. What caught my eye is that the listing calls it one of six new luxury homes, and two of its neighbors on the same street, 4520 and 4524 Belmont Park Terrace, were already under contract on my October 22 pull. This one is finished and ready for showings.

Inside the home

A double door entry opens to a bright foyer with floor to ceiling glass and a dedicated office of about 16 by 14 feet. The kitchen and living room sit together at the center of the main floor. The kitchen, about 20 by 15 feet, has inset cabinetry, quartzite counters, hidden built in appliances, a 48 inch Monogram range under a stone hood, and a walk in pantry. The living room, about 20 by 18 feet, has built ins and a stone fireplace, and a breakfast room wrapped in white oak sits next to it. The listing also notes vaulted ceilings and hardwoods throughout.

The primary suite is on the main level, about 18 by 16 feet, with a full wall of windows and a door straight out to the covered back porch. Its bath has a soaking tub, an oversized shower, and double vanities, next to a custom walk in closet. Upstairs are the other four bedrooms and a rec room of about 33 by 21 feet. Per the room totals, the main floor runs about 2,671 square feet and the second floor about 2,371. The listing adds whole house water filtration, Aprilaire air cleaning on both HVAC units, an encapsulated crawl space, spray foam insulation, and a tankless water heater. I still walk every room with you on a tour and confirm what conveys with the sale.

Outdoor space and the lot

Out back, the covered porch off the primary suite has its own fireplace, a wood ceiling, and room for a full seating area, so it works as an outdoor living room most of the year. The porches are finished in tumbled natural sandstone, per the listing. The yard is fully irrigated, and on a level half acre there is real lawn beyond the porch.

Out front, the house shows a dark exterior with steep gables, partial brick and fiber cement siding, a paved front walk, and a front lawn with new plantings. The oversized three car garage is attached, and the driveway adds parking for guests.

Why Belmont Park Terrace works in Green Hills

Belmont Park Terrace Nashville is a residential street in Green Hills Nashville TN 37215, and this is the second new build on it that I have written up, after 4206B Belmont Park Terrace. The directions in the listing come in from Interstate 65 by way of Harding Place, then turn right onto Belmont Park Terrace. So Harding Place is the main way in and out, with Hillsboro Pike, The Mall at Green Hills, and Hill Center Green Hills as the everyday anchors I use for orientation. I will not invent walk or drive times from this door, so I map the route with you when we tour.

Living in Green Hills, one of Nashville's best neighborhoods

Green Hills sits south of downtown Nashville along Hillsboro Pike, which is also US 431. Directly north, across Interstate 440, is Hillsboro Village, and three universities are close by: Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Lipscomb. For green space, Radnor Lake State Park is south of Green Hills at 1160 Otter Creek Road. Tennessee State Parks says it covers 1,389 acres and is a Class II Natural Area, with trails, a visitor center, and wildlife viewing. Pets are allowed only on Otter Creek Road, Hall Drive, and the dam, and the parking lots fill up quickly on nice days, so I plan around that. Closer in, Green Hills Park sits inside the neighborhood. Around those anchors, Green Hills is mostly residential streets where older homes sit next to new construction like this one. When people ask me about the best Nashville neighborhoods, Green Hills comes up because it pairs that kind of green space with Hillsboro Pike shopping and dining. Hours and rules change, so check before you go.

The Green Hills market right now

As of October 22, 2026, my Realtracs "Green Hills Single Family" search shows 109 homes for sale and 32 under contract (22 still taking showings and 10 not). Over the last three months, 82 homes closed. Those sales averaged $2,001,302, with a median of $1,847,500, and spent an average of 31 days on market. Under contract means a buyer and seller have signed an agreement but the sale has not closed yet. These numbers move weekly, so treat them as a snapshot, not a forecast.
