4206B Belmont Park Terrace is one of the newest Green Hills homes for sale: a 2026 new construction home by Paros Group with 5,537 square feet, six bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths, listed at $3,699,900. It sits on 0.76 acres, set far back from the street with mature trees around it, which is a lot of land for this part of Green Hills Nashville. What caught my eye was the layout. The primary suite and a second guest suite are both on the main floor, and the back of the house opens to a pool with an integrated spa, a covered patio, and an outdoor fireplace. The kitchen anchors the main level. It has a 48 inch Wolf range, a panel ready 48 inch JennAir refrigerator, and a long stone topped island with seating under a row of globe pendants. Behind it is a fully outfitted prep kitchen with its own refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and sink, in addition to a pantry, so the cooking mess can stay out of the main room. The builder's feature sheet says the design choices throughout the home were made by the design firm Studio 36.

The living spaces open straight to the outdoors, and Marvin windows bring in a lot of light. The primary suite is on the main level, and so is a second guest suite, which is the part of the layout I expect many buyers to ask about first.

One of the baths has a freestanding soaking tub, and the listing notes multiple walk in showers in the house. Behind the walls, the builder lists a high efficiency foam insulation package, a tankless recirculating hot water system, a gas furnace on the main level with all electric heating and cooling upstairs, and prewiring for security and sound that a new owner can customize. Paros Group lists a one year warranty. On any new build, I still ask for the warranty in writing and bring your own inspector.

Outdoor space and the lot

The outdoor space is the headline here. The pool is gunite with an integrated spa, set in a paver deck with a fenced, tree lined yard around it. The covered patio has an outdoor fireplace, a gas line for a grill, and prewiring for a wall mounted TV. There is also a rooftop deck finished with Trex composite decking.

The lot is 0.76 acres, and the listing describes it as private and tree lined, with mature woods and a sprawling backyard. Out front, the house shows natural limestone accents and cedar siding accents, and the 3 car garage is prewired for an electric car charger. Irrigation is listed as an optional upgrade, so I would confirm what is included before you write an offer.

Why Belmont Park Terrace works in Green Hills

Belmont Park Terrace Nashville is a residential street in Green Hills Nashville TN 37215, on the east side of Hillsboro Pike. Near this house, Lone Oak Road is a short distance to the west, Belmont Boulevard is to the east, and Shackleford Road runs just to the north. The Mall at Green Hills and Hill Center Green Hills are west of here along Hillsboro Pike. The listing describes the house as within walking distance of the shops and dining of Green Hills, but I will not guess at walk or drive times, so I map the route with you when we tour. What I like about this spot is a large, wooded lot on a residential street with Hillsboro Pike close by.

Living in Green Hills, one of Nashville's best neighborhoods

Green Hills sits south of downtown Nashville along Hillsboro Pike, which is also US 431. Directly north, across Interstate 440, is Hillsboro Village, and three universities are close by: Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Lipscomb. For green space, Radnor Lake State Park is south of Green Hills at 1160 Otter Creek Road. Tennessee State Parks says it covers 1,389 acres and is a Class II Natural Area, with trails, a visitor center, and wildlife viewing. Pets are allowed only on Otter Creek Road, Hall Drive, and the dam, and the parking lots fill up quickly on nice days, so I plan around that. Closer in, Green Hills Park sits inside the neighborhood. Around those anchors, Green Hills is mostly residential streets where older homes sit next to new construction like this one. When people ask me about the best Nashville neighborhoods, Green Hills comes up because it pairs that kind of green space with Hillsboro Pike shopping and dining. Hours and rules change, so check before you go.
