Green Hills Homes for Sale: 2301 Warfield Lane, a New Home Near Hill Center with a Four Car Garage

Front exterior of the white two story home with a full front porch and a detached garage at 2301 Warfield Lane, one of the Green Hills homes for sale in Green Hills Nashville

2301 Warfield Lane is one of the Green Hills homes for sale that pairs new construction with a spot close to Hill Center Green Hills. Built in 2025 in the Sugar Tree subdivision, it has 5,748 square feet, five bedrooms, six full baths and two half baths, and it is listed at $3,750,000. What caught my eye was the list of extras: a primary bath with a private sauna, a secure room behind a hidden door, a third floor entertainment space, and a four car garage with two attached and two detached spaces. I'm Jason Gruner with Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, and I follow every Green Hills Nashville listing. The listing puts the house about a five minute walk from Whole Foods, the Green Hills YMCA, and Hill Center, and that is the first thing I would test on a tour.

Inside the home

The great room is two stories tall, with a coffered ceiling, custom millwork, natural grasscloth, and a two story masonry fireplace. It leads to the kitchen, which has French Normandy style wood beams overhead, an oversized island, and Dekton porcelain surfaces. The appliance list is serious: a 48 inch Sub Zero refrigerator, a 43 inch La Cornue range, two dishwashers, and wine and beverage refrigeration. A scullery with custom pantry storage handles the prep and the overflow.

The primary suite has custom panel molding and designer wallcovering, plus a custom closet with LED lit rods and concealed safe storage. The bath is finished in Statuario marble with Perrin and Rowe fixtures, heated floors, a soaking tub, a shower you can enter from both sides, and a private sauna.

Each of the four other bedrooms has its own bath and a custom closet, and the room used today as a playroom could work as a sixth bedroom. The third floor entertainment space adds room to spread out, and the house also has wet and dry bars, a secure room behind a hidden door, a finished laundry room and mudroom, and a lot of custom storage. The listing also notes whole home WiFi, Lutron lighting, and security cameras.

Outdoor space and the lot

The screened porch is set up for most of the year, with a fireplace, heaters, and Sonos sound. Beyond it is a covered patio laid in herringbone Chicago antique pavers, and the backyard is fully fenced with irrigation.

The lot is 0.42 acres by the tax record, about 91 by 220 feet. The four car garage is split, with two attached spaces and two detached. Above the detached garage is unfinished space that is roughed in for a bedroom, a full bath, a living room, and a kitchen, and the listing suggests it could become a guest suite or a studio. I would check with Metro Nashville on what is allowed there before counting on any particular use.

Why Warfield Lane works in Green Hills

Warfield Lane Nashville is a short residential street in Green Hills Nashville TN 37215, on the west side of Hillsboro Pike. It runs between Cross Creek Road and Caylor Drive. Just to the east are Hill Center Green Hills, the Whole Foods Market at 4021 Hillsboro Pike, and the Green Hills Family YMCA. The listing describes the house as about a five minute walk to those, and that is the main reason this street stands out to me. I will not promise a walk time myself, so I walk the route with you when we tour. The Mall at Green Hills is also on Hillsboro Pike, a little north of Hill Center.

Living in Green Hills, one of Nashville's best neighborhoods

Green Hills sits south of downtown Nashville on Hillsboro Pike. Local histories describe the area as roughly bounded by Interstate 440 to the north, Harding Place to the south, Estes Road to the west, and Lealand Lane to the east, which lines up with about the northern half of ZIP code 37215. It was never incorporated as its own town, so homes here carry a Nashville mailing address. Residential building started on a small scale in the 1930s, and most of Green Hills filled in after World War II, largely with brick ranch houses on big lots. In more recent years, many of those lots have been divided and rebuilt, which is why you see older ranches on the same streets as new homes like this one. The Mall at Green Hills grew from a strip center that opened in the 1950s. When people ask me about the best Nashville neighborhoods, Green Hills comes up because it mixes that history with Hillsboro Pike shopping and dining close at hand. Stores change over time, so check hours before you go.

The Green Hills market right now

As of October 9, 2026, my Realtracs "Green Hills Single Family" search shows 121 homes for sale and 28 under contract (20 still taking showings and 8 not). Over the last three months, 86 homes closed. Those sales averaged $2,003,109, with a median of $1,797,500, and spent an average of 26 days on market. Under contract means a buyer and seller have signed an agreement but the sale has not closed yet. These numbers move weekly, so treat them as a snapshot, not a forecast.
